Use of the service
You are responsible for using Zapnote lawfully, including obtaining any consent required to record conversations in your jurisdiction and informing participants where the law requires it.
Your content
You retain ownership of the recordings, transcripts and data you capture. You grant us a limited license to process that content only to provide the service to your organization.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for unlawful recording or surveillance.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or misuse the service.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to capture.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable but provide it “as is.” We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to your organization.
